At Jase, we want you to be completely in love with your wardrobe choices. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn fashion items with all original tags attached into the original shipping packaging, if possible.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label generated from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

Drop Off and Await Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
